A prestigious luxury hotel operation is seeking an Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead all housekeeping functions, ensuring immaculate standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

Operational Scope

• Direct and manage housekeeping teams across multiple shifts
• Implement and maintain luxury-level cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Oversee inventory management for linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance for room readiness
• Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for efficiency and quality assurance

Leadership Expectations

• Build, train, and mentor a high-performing housekeeping workforce
• Drive accountability and performance metrics across teams
• Ensure compliance with international hospitality hygiene standards

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years in hotel housekeeping, with leadership experience
