Executive Housekeeper

A well-established hotel is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating welcoming environments and has a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas
• Manage, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure consistent service quality
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms meet hotel presentation standards
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a similar leadership role in hospitality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality service
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards
