We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper who takes pride in creating spotless, welcoming spaces for guests and a supportive environment for the housekeeping team. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas

• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain excellent standards

• Plan staff schedules and manage team productivity during busy periods

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, corridors, and facilities

• Manage linen, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping inventory

• Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently followed

• Handle guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping services

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Previous experience supervising housekeeping operations in hospitality

• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards

• Good organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to train staff and maintain consistent procedures

• Clear communication and problem solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced, guest focused environment
