We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper who takes pride in creating spotless, welcoming spaces for guests and a supportive environment for the housekeeping team. Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas

Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain excellent standards

Plan staff schedules and manage team productivity during busy periods

Conduct regular inspections of rooms, corridors, and facilities

Manage linen, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping inventory

Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently followed

Handle guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping services
Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills

Previous experience supervising housekeeping operations in hospitality

Excellent attention to detail and quality standards

Good organizational and time management abilities

Ability to train staff and maintain consistent procedures
