Executive Housekeeper
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across our hotel. Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet exceptional cleanliness standards

Lead, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to maintain efficiency and consistency

Conduct routine inspections of rooms, corridors, and back-of-house areas

Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment, ensuring cost control and minimal waste

Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth room turnover and prompt issue resolution

Develop and maintain housekeeping policies and procedures
-
Handle guest feedback related to cleanliness professionally and promptly

Prepare reports on departmental performance, staffing, and supply usage
Qualifications

Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role within a hotel environment

Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene practices, and safety regulations

Excellent leadership and team management skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and reporting
