We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our hotel’s housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for maintaining a welcoming environment for every guest.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring rooms, public areas, and facilities meet high cleanliness standards.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver efficient and consistent service.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, quality checks, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
  • Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, amenities, and housekeeping equipment.
  • Coordinate with the Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
  • Handle guest feedback related to cleanliness and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide updates to hotel management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, guest service standards, and housekeeping operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality service delivery.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping management systems and inventory control processes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional certification or training in hospitality, housekeeping, or a related field is an advantage.
