Executive Housekeeper
Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

Manage, train, and motivate housekeeping staff for optimal performance.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

Implement and monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Knowledge of cleaning procedures, supplies, and equipment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
