Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
• Develop seasonal menus and introduce innovative dishes aligned with the restaurant’s concept.
• Supervise, mentor, and train chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff.
• Manage food costing, budgeting, and inventory to achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food preparation processes to maintain consistency and quality.
• Coordinate with restaurant management to support special events and promotions.
• Source high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost control.
• Schedule kitchen staff efficiently to meet operational demands.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or professional certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or in a senior culinary leadership role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong expertise in international and contemporary cuisine, menu planning, and food presentation.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of food cost control, purchasing, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
