As Executive Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations, inspire the culinary team, and ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation and service.
• Develop innovative menus and seasonal specials.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Coordinate with restaurant management to support business goals and guest satisfaction.
• Schedule kitchen staff and maintain efficient workflow during service periods.
• Oversee budgeting and cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or in a senior culinary leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and menu development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop kitchen teams.
• Experience managing food costs, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Culinary diploma, professional chef certification, or equivalent culinary training is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
