Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Event Server to support exceptional dining experiences during private events, celebrations, and special occasions in our restaurant. Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces before guest arrival, including table settings and service stations.
• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while following established service standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant team members to ensure smooth event service.
• Clear tables, replenish supplies, and maintain a clean event area throughout service.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown when required.
• Handle serving equipment and tableware with care.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Support post-event cleanup and help prepare the venue for future events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant service, banquet service, event catering, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, courteous, and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely lift serving trays and event equipment when required.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and responsible service practices is an advantage.
