This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service during conferences, weddings, banquets, and special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to event requirements.
• Welcome guests and provide attentive food and beverage service.
• Serve meals, refreshments, and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure tables, buffets, and service stations remain clean and organized.
• Assist with event breakdown and post-event clean-up.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service concerns courteously.
• Work closely with the banquet and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality, banqueting, catering, or restaurant service is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when required.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Food safety certification is an advantage.
