Job Description
A well-established hotel is looking for a reliable and courteous Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in safe driving, and understands the importance of delivering a smooth and pleasant transport experience for guests and staff alike. You will be the face of the hotel during guest transfers, so professionalism, patience, and good communication are key.
Responsibilities
- Transport hotel guests, staff, and materials safely and on time
- Assist guests with luggage during pick-up and drop-off
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, fueled, and in good working condition
- Follow all traffic rules and hotel driving standards
- Carry out routine vehicle inspections and report any faults
- Maintain accurate trip records and schedules
- Provide excellent customer service to all passengers
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a professional driver
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations
- Ability to read maps and use navigation tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, respectful, and well-groomed appearance
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is an advantage
