Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and service-focused Driver to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will handle guest transportation, hotel errands, and scheduled driving duties while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and excellent road safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, staff, and authorised personnel to designated destinations.
• Provide airport, station, event, and hotel transfer services when required.
• Conduct routine checks on assigned vehicles and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, fuelled, and ready for use.
• Follow all traffic regulations and hotel transportation procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide courteous service during journeys.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle activities.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk and relevant hotel departments.
• Handle hotel-related deliveries and errands when assigned.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain a professional attitude at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle category.
• Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a hotel or service-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and responsible driving practices.
• Excellent knowledge of local routes and effective navigation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, well-presented, and courteous.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or unexpected situations.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
