Our hotel is committed to providing guests with a smooth, reliable, and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. We are seeking a responsible and service-focused Driver to support safe transportation for guests, staff, and hotel operations. The successful candidate will be dependable, punctual, professional, and familiar with maintaining high standards of vehicle safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests, staff, and authorised personnel safely and professionally.
• Provide timely pick-up and drop-off services according to scheduled arrangements.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-presented hotel vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report mechanical or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws, road safety procedures, and hotel transportation policies.
• Assist guests with luggage when required.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Plan routes efficiently while allowing for traffic and changing road conditions.
• Communicate professionally with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Report accidents, incidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
• Proven driving experience, preferably in a hotel, transport, or customer service environment.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Strong understanding of vehicle safety and basic maintenance checks.
• Excellent punctuality, reliability, and time-management skills.
• Professional appearance and courteous communication style.
• Ability to remain calm and responsible in busy or unexpected situations.
• A clean driving record is preferred.
• First aid or defensive driving training is an advantage.
