District Manager

Job Description

Do you enjoy leading teams, driving business growth, and creating exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations? We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee the operations and performance of several cafés within our growing café chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support multiple café locations within the assigned district.
• Develop and mentor Café Managers and leadership teams.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Ensure consistent service standards and brand compliance across all locations.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability initiatives.
• Conduct regular site visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
• Resolve operational challenges and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the hospitality, café, restaurant, or retail industry.
• Previous multi-unit management experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management abilities.
• Excellent financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting systems.
• Ability to travel regularly between café locations.
