District Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and highly organized District Manager to oversee multiple cafe locations within a growing and fast-paced cafe brand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership, operational excellence, and business growth across several outlets while keeping service quality consistently high.

You will be the key link between head office and cafe teams, ensuring every branch runs smoothly, meets performance targets, and delivers a warm, memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple cafe branches
• Ensure consistent service quality, hygiene, and brand standards
• Lead, coach, and support Cafe Managers and supervisors
• Monitor sales performance, budgets, and profitability across locations
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Handle staffing needs including recruitment support and performance reviews
• Conduct regular site visits and operational audits
• Resolve operational challenges quickly and professionally
• Drive staff training and development programs
• Report performance insights to senior management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-unit or district-level management (hospitality or retail preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent understanding of cafe or food service operations
• Ability to analyze sales data and financial reports
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations
• Experience in training and team development
