District Manager

Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a District Manager who knows how to keep multiple café locations running smoothly without losing the heart and personality that makes each one special. This role is all about balance. You’ll be guiding several café branches, making sure operations stay consistent, teams feel supported, and customers keep coming back for the experience just as much as the coffee.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple café locations
• Support and coach café managers to hit performance and service goals
• Ensure consistent quality in food, beverages, and customer experience
• Monitor sales performance, budgets, and cost control across branches
• Handle staffing needs including hiring support, training standards, and team development
• Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively
• Work closely with senior leadership to implement growth strategies
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards across all sites

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing multiple retail or hospitality locations
• Strong leadership skills with a calm, people-focused approach
• Good understanding of budgeting, sales tracking, and operational planning
• Ability to communicate clearly with teams at different levels
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay organized under pressure
• Passion for customer experience and team development
• Hospitality or café industry experience is a strong advantage
