We’re looking for a Director of Hotel Operations who can lead with confidence, support multiple departments, and create an environment where both guests and staff feel genuinely valued. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the fast pace of hospitality and understands how important strong leadership is to daily hotel success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently maintained
- Lead, mentor, and support department managers and supervisors
- Monitor operational budgets, expenses, and performance targets
- Improve workflow efficiency while maintaining service quality
- Handle guest concerns and operational challenges professionally
- Coordinate with senior management on business goals and strategy
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel operations management or senior hospitality leadership
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Good understanding of budgeting, staffing, and operational planning
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Experience with hotel management systems is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
