Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently maintained
• Lead, mentor, and support department managers and supervisors
• Monitor operational budgets, expenses, and performance targets
• Improve workflow efficiency while maintaining service quality
• Handle guest concerns and operational challenges professionally
• Coordinate with senior management on business goals and strategy
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel operations management or senior hospitality leadership
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Good understanding of budgeting, staffing, and operational planning
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
• Experience with hotel management systems is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
