A well-established hospitality brand is looking for an experienced Director of Hotel Operations to oversee the day-to-day performance of hotel departments and ensure exceptional guest experiences across every touchpoint. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments
• Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality
• Supervise departmental managers and support team development, coaching, and performance improvement
• Monitor operational budgets, cost control measures, and overall business performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and hospitality standards
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining a positive guest experience
• Collaborate with leadership teams to improve operational systems, workflows, and service delivery
• Support recruitment, workforce planning, and staff engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel operations management or senior hospitality leadership
• Strong understanding of front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest service operations
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Financial awareness with experience in budgeting and operational reporting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
