A well-established hospitality brand is looking for an experienced Director of Hotel Operations to oversee the day-to-day performance of hotel departments and ensure exceptional guest experiences across every touchpoint. This role suits a strategic leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving operational standards, and maintaining service excellence while driving business success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments
- Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality
- Supervise departmental managers and support team development, coaching, and performance improvement
- Monitor operational budgets, cost control measures, and overall business performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and hospitality standards
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining a positive guest experience
- Collaborate with leadership teams to improve operational systems, workflows, and service delivery
- Support recruitment, workforce planning, and staff engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel operations management or senior hospitality leadership
- Strong understanding of front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest service operations
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Financial awareness with experience in budgeting and operational reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence
