We are looking for an experienced Director of Hotel Operations to oversee daily hotel functions, support department leaders, and ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth coordination across departments
• Lead and support department managers, encouraging strong teamwork and accountability
• Monitor guest experience standards and resolve escalated service concerns professionally
• Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Review budgets, expenses, and operational performance to maintain profitability goals
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance across operational teams
• Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning and service improvements
• Monitor occupancy trends, operational reports, and staffing needs to maximize performance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel operations management or senior hospitality leadership
• Strong understanding of hotel departments, guest service standards, and operational procedures
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and people management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving hospitality environment
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Experience with hotel management systems and operational reporting tools is an advantage
• Financial awareness, including budgeting and cost control experience
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to service quality and operational detail
