• Assist with preparing takeaway orders and coordinating with baristas.
• Restock supplies such as cups, lids, napkins, and condiments.
• Monitor seating areas to ensure cleanliness and customer comfort.
• Promote loyalty programmes and special offers when appropriate.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a coffee shop is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to multitask and remain organised in a busy environment.
• Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail.
