Job Description

Our hotel is seeking a polished, attentive, and resourceful Concierge to become a trusted point of contact for guests throughout their stay. The successful candidate will provide thoughtful assistance, share accurate local recommendations, coordinate guest requests, and help create smooth, memorable experiences from arrival to departure. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalised assistance throughout their stay.
• Arrange transportation, dining reservations, tours, entertainment, and other guest services.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and activities.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and special requests.
• Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel teams.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, bookings, and arrangements.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Assist with luggage, directions, deliveries, and other concierge-related services.
• Maintain strong relationships with trusted external service providers.
• Protect guest privacy and handle personal information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel, guest services, front office, or concierge role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and guest relations.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous manner.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy hotel environment.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and standard office software is an advantage.
