Job Description

Our hotel is seeking a polished, attentive, and resourceful Concierge to create memorable guest experiences through thoughtful service and reliable local assistance. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for guests, providing recommendations, arranging services, handling requests, and ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel’s high standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalised assistance throughout their stay.
• Recommend restaurants, attractions, entertainment, transportation, and local services.
• Arrange reservations, transportation, tickets, tours, and other guest requests.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, and arrangements.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Respond promptly and professionally to questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Provide clear information about hotel facilities, services, and operating hours.
• Build strong relationships with service providers and maintain up-to-date local knowledge.
• Handle guest concerns with discretion and escalate complex matters when necessary.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a concierge, guest services, front office, or customer-facing hotel role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and guest relations.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Professional appearance, courteous manner, and strong attention to detail.
• Confident problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and standard office technology.
