We are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and approachable Concierge who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing personalized assistance, handling guest requests efficiently, and offering valuable local recommendations while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional assistance throughout their stay.
• Offer recommendations for restaurants, attractions, shopping, transportation, and entertainment.
• Arrange reservations, transportation, tours, and special guest requests.
• Assist with luggage coordination and liaise with other hotel departments when needed.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of local events, services, and points of interest.
• Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle confidential guest information with professionalism and discretion.
• Monitor the lobby area to ensure guests receive timely assistance.
• Support VIP arrivals and special occasions by coordinating personalized services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Concierge, Front Office professional, Guest Relations Officer, or in a similar hotel role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transportation options, and guest services.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using hotel reservation or property management systems is an advantage.
