Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide information about hotel facilities and services
• Assist with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations
• Coordinate special guest requests and personalized experiences
• Handle inquiries professionally in person, by phone, and through email
• Arrange tours, tickets, and recreational activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and dining options
• Work closely with front desk and guest services teams to ensure seamless service
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
• Assist with luggage coordination and transportation scheduling when required
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and bookings

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a concierge, guest relations, front desk, or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage
• Good knowledge of local attractions, entertainment, and dining venues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business applications
• Diploma, certificate, or equivalent qualification in tourism, business, customer service, or a related field is advantageous
