A well-established hotel is seeking a professional, resourceful, and guest-focused Concierge to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for every guest. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and providing personalized recommendations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring guests receive prompt assistance, local information, and seamless support throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a positive first impression.
• Assist with luggage arrangements when required and coordinate with the Bell Desk.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and special requests.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Recommend local dining, shopping, entertainment, and recreational options.
• Assist with handling deliveries, parcels, and messages for guests.
• Stay informed about local events and activities to provide accurate recommendations.
• Uphold guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure the concierge desk remains organized, welcoming, and fully equipped.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Relations Officer, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar guest service role within a hotel is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and a courteous, positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using hotel management systems and standard computer applications is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transportation services, and entertainment options.
