Job Description

We are seeking a professional, resourceful, and personable Concierge to join our hotel team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for guests, providing recommendations, coordinating services, and ensuring every stay is smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, shopping, and entertainment.
• Arrange transportation, tours, restaurant reservations, and other guest requests.
• Assist with luggage coordination and special guest requirements when needed.
• Handle guest inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about hotel services, facilities, promotions, and nearby points of interest.
• Uphold the hotel’s service standards and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Relations Officer, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar guest-facing role within a hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transportation options, and guest services is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using hotel management systems and standard computer applications is beneficial.
• Well-groomed appearance with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
