Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and entertainment bookings.
• Recommend local attractions, shopping, dining, and cultural experiences.
• Assist guests with special requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle luggage assistance requests when required.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about local events, transportation schedules, and points of interest.
• Respond efficiently to guest inquiries in person, by phone, or through digital communication channels.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and guest care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a concierge, guest relations, front office, or customer service role within a hotel is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of guest service principles and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation and guest management systems is an advantage.
