Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression.
• Assist with local information, directions, attractions, and transportation arrangements.
• Coordinate restaurant reservations, event bookings, and guest requests.
• Arrange taxis, airport transfers, and other travel services.
• Handle special guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and concierge services.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Keep the concierge desk organized and stocked with relevant information.
• Deliver personalized recommendations to enhance each guest’s stay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a concierge, front office, guest services, or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and transportation services is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable using reservation systems, booking platforms, and standard computer applications.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.
