Job Description

We are seeking a professional and approachable Concierge to become the trusted point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will provide personalized assistance, offer local recommendations, coordinate transportation, and ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, and local attractions.
• Offer accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and nearby points of interest.
• Arrange special guest requests, including celebrations and personalized experiences.
• Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage luggage assistance requests and liaise with valet or bell staff when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, entertainment, shopping, and dining options.
• Keep records of guest preferences to enhance future stays.
• Uphold the hotel’s service standards and maintain a polished, welcoming presence.

Qualifications

• Certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, guest relations, or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and basic computer applications is beneficial.
• Knowledge of local attractions, transportation options, and tourism services is an asset.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
