• Ensure food and beverage preparation complies with quality and safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and daily financial reconciliations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
• Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a coffee shop, café, or food and beverage operation.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound knowledge of coffee preparation, café operations, and beverage quality standards.
• Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
