Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Develop staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of coffee, food, and operational supplies.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and workplace hygiene.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
• Ensure beverages and food items consistently meet established quality standards.
• Manage cash handling procedures, daily reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Work closely with suppliers and support the successful introduction of seasonal products and promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a coffee shop, café, or similar food and beverage operation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of coffee preparation techniques and café operations.
• Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-focused during busy service periods.
