A well-established café is seeking a capable Coffee Shop Manager to take charge of daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure a consistently welcoming customer experience. This role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced service environments and has a strong eye for both quality and presentation. You will be responsible for maintaining smooth front-of-house operations, overseeing staff performance, and ensuring high standards across service and cleanliness. Inventory control, supplier coordination, and cost awareness are also key parts of the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support baristas and service staff during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Handle scheduling, shift planning, and team coordination
• Monitor daily sales and support basic financial reporting
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational compliance
• Resolve customer feedback and service issues professionally

Qualifications & Requirements
