As Coffee Shop Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate team members
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Manage cash handling, sales reporting, and daily reconciliations
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities
• Monitor operational costs and assist in achieving revenue targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a coffee shop, café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sound knowledge of coffee shop operations and customer service practices
• Experience with inventory management and cash handling procedures
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
