We’re looking for a Coffee Roaster who treats roasting as both a craft and a science, someone who understands that every batch tells a story. You’ll be part of a small, passionate coffee team where quality matters more than speed, and where attention to detail shapes every cup served.

Responsibilities

• Roast green coffee beans to precise flavor profiles and consistency standards
• Monitor temperature curves, roast times, and development stages during roasting cycles
• Sample, cup, and evaluate roasted coffee for quality control and flavor accuracy
• Maintain roasting equipment and ensure it is cleaned and properly calibrated
• Work closely with the sourcing team to adjust roast profiles for different bean origins
• Keep detailed roast logs and production records
• Ensure freshness and proper storage of roasted beans
• Support experimentation with new blends and seasonal offerings

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coffee roasting or strong hands-on experience in specialty coffee preparation
• Good understanding of roast profiles, bean origins, and flavor development
• Ability to distinguish aroma, acidity, body, and balance in coffee tasting
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in production work
• Comfortable working with roasting machines and basic maintenance routines
• Willingness to learn and refine roasting techniques over time
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for specialty coffee culture
