Coffee Brewer

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Coffee Brewer to prepare exceptional coffee while creating a welcoming experience for every customer. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced coffee shop and take pride in consistency, quality, and excellent service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and brew a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Grind, measure, and brew coffee to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Monitor coffee freshness and replenish brewing stations throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and work areas.
• Greet customers warmly and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Ensure all beverages are served promptly and presented attractively.
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including equipment checks and cleaning.
• Work closely with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preparing coffee in a coffee shop, café, or similar food and beverage environment is an advantage.
• Good understanding of different brewing methods and coffee preparation techniques.
• Ability to operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment confidently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
