Great coffee starts with great care, and our coffee shop is looking for a Coffee Brewer who enjoys turning quality beans into consistently delicious cups. We are looking for someone friendly, energetic, and curious about coffee to join our team. If you enjoy working around people, learning new brewing techniques, and keeping the coffee flowing, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee using brewing equipment and established recipes.
• Grind, measure, and brew coffee according to quality standards.
• Maintain consistent flavour, temperature, and presentation.
• Keep brewing equipment, counters, and work areas clean and organised.
• Monitor coffee supplies and notify the team when stock needs replenishing.
• Assist customers with basic coffee selections and brewing questions.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures.
• Support other coffee shop duties during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Coffee Brewer, Barista, or in a similar coffee shop role is an advantage.
• Good understanding of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
• Friendly communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organised, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new brewing techniques and coffee products.
