Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and brew a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Grind, measure, and brew coffee to ensure consistency in flavour and presentation.
• Maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring it is clean, calibrated, and functioning properly.
• Monitor coffee bean freshness and rotate stock to maintain product quality.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service, assisting customers with beverage selections.
• Keep the brewing station, service counter, and seating areas clean and organised.
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Report equipment issues or inventory shortages promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Coffee Brewer, Barista, or in a similar coffee shop role is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.
• Ability to operate coffee brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality beverages.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
