Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Coffee Brewer to join our coffee shop team. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for quality coffee preparation and enjoy creating memorable experiences through expertly crafted beverages. As a Coffee Brewer, you will play an important role in maintaining drink standards, supporting daily operations, and ensuring every customer receives a consistently excellent coffee experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of coffee beverages using proper brewing methods and techniques.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment to ensure quality and consistency.
• Grind coffee beans, measure ingredients, and adjust brewing settings as needed.
• Follow recipes and preparation standards for all coffee menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee preparation area.
• Monitor coffee supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Provide friendly and attentive service while responding to customer requests.
• Support the team in maintaining smooth daily coffee shop operations.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Coffee Brewer, Barista, or in a similar coffee preparation role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
• Ability to operate coffee machines and related brewing equipment effectively.
• Good attention to detail with a commitment to consistent quality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to continue developing beverage preparation skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive approach to daily responsibilities.
