We are looking for a Coffee Brewer to join our coffee shop team and help create exceptional beverages while delivering friendly service that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities

• Prepare and brew a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Grind, measure, and brew coffee while maintaining consistency in flavour and presentation.
• Monitor coffee bean freshness and brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee preparation area and customer service counter.
• Replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Process customer orders accurately and assist with payments when required.
• Support teammates during busy periods to ensure efficient service.
• Report equipment issues or stock shortages promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Coffee Brewer, Barista, or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Good understanding of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.
• Ability to operate coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment safely.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
