Our bar is a lively destination where great drinks, attentive service, and an enjoyable atmosphere come together. We are looking for a Cocktail Server who can bring energy, professionalism, and excellent customer service to every shift. In this role, you will welcome guests, take accurate orders, serve cocktails and other beverages, and help ensure every visit is smooth and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit.
• Present cocktail and beverage menus while answering questions about available selections.
• Take accurate drink and food orders and communicate them clearly to the bar and kitchen teams.
• Serve cocktails, beverages, and accompanying items promptly and professionally.
• Monitor tables regularly and respond quickly to guest requests.
• Maintain clean and organised tables, service areas, and guest spaces.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Coordinate with bartenders and other bar staff to keep service running efficiently.
• Follow responsible beverage service, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Server, Server, Waiter, or in a similar bar service role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and basic bar service is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy bar environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders.
• Comfortable working as part of a fast-paced team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to remain composed during busy service periods.
• Legal eligibility to work in the applicable jurisdiction.
