Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and take drink and food orders accurately.
• Serve cocktails, beverages, and light refreshments promptly and professionally.
• Explain drink options and make recommendations when requested.
• Check regularly on guests to ensure they have everything they need.
• Maintain clean and organised tables and service areas.
• Coordinate with bartenders and other team members to keep orders moving efficiently.
• Process guest bills and handle payments accurately.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and bar safety procedures.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve minor concerns with a positive attitude.
• Help maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Server, Server, Waiter, or in a similar bar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of common cocktails, beverages, and bar service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Responsible approach to alcohol service and guest safety.
