Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit.
• Present menus, explain beverage selections, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure cocktails and beverages are served according to quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Process bills and handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Work closely with bartenders and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and verify identification where required.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Server, Waitstaff, or in a similar food and beverage service role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and bar service procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
