Job Description

Do you have a passion for crafting irresistible chocolate treats and turning simple ingredients into memorable experiences? We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Chocolatier to join our cafe team. If you enjoy experimenting with flavors, presenting beautiful desserts, and delighting customers with handmade chocolate creations, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and craft a variety of chocolate-based desserts, pastries, truffles, drinks, and specialty treats
  • Temper, mold, shape, and decorate chocolates to a high standard
  • Develop fresh and exciting menu ideas while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Ensure ingredients and finished products meet food safety and hygiene standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering chocolate, fillings, and related supplies
  • Work closely with kitchen and cafe staff to maintain smooth daily operations
  • Keep the workstation clean, organized, and production-ready at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Chocolatier, Pastry Chef, Baker, or in a similar kitchen role is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of chocolate preparation, tempering techniques, and dessert presentation
  • Creativity and attention to detail with a passion for high-quality food presentation
  • Good time management and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene practices
  • Willingness to learn, innovate, and contribute fresh ideas to the cafe menu
