CCTV Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a calm, observant, and reliable CCTV Operator to join our hotel security team. In this role, you will be the eyes of the property, helping to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and visitors while maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds across all hotel areas
• Report suspicious activity or security concerns promptly
• Support the security team during incidents and investigations
• Maintain accurate logs of daily surveillance activity
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report faults
• Assist in maintaining compliance with hotel safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused for long periods
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic understanding of security procedures and emergency response
• Ability to remain calm and alert in sensitive situations
• Integrity, reliability, and respect for confidentiality
• Basic computer literacy
