CCTV Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a focused and observant CCTV Operator to join our hotel security team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and visitors by monitoring surveillance systems and responding promptly to unusual activity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds across all hotel areas and report suspicious behavior immediately
• Maintain constant awareness of security risks and escalate incidents appropriately
• Review recorded footage when incidents occur and provide accurate reports
• Coordinate with on-site security personnel during emergencies or alerts
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report faults
• Keep clear, detailed logs of daily observations and incidents

Qualifications

• Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay alert for long periods
• Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and quickly
• Basic understanding of surveillance systems and security protocols
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality are essential
