CCTV Operator

Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, observant CCTV Operator to join our restaurant team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying alert, noticing details others might miss, and helping create a safe, well-run environment for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across the restaurant
• Identify and report suspicious activities or safety concerns
• Keep accurate incident logs and reports
• Work closely with management on security matters
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and focus
• Good judgment and calm decision-making
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and monitoring tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
