CCTV Operator

We are looking for a reliable and attentive CCTV Operator to join our hotel team. In this role, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff by monitoring surveillance systems and responding promptly to any concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and review recorded footage when needed
• Identify and report suspicious activities or safety risks
• Keep accurate incident logs and daily reports
• Work closely with security and management teams
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to stay calm and act quickly under pressure
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
