CCTV Operator

Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, observant CCTV Operator to join our team and help keep our restaurant safe, secure, and running smoothly. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in maintaining a calm, controlled environment, you’ll fit right in with us.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and recorded footage consistently

• Identify and report suspicious activities or safety concerns promptly

• Maintain accurate logs of incidents and observations

• Work closely with management and security teams when needed

• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly

• Handle situations discreetly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and good observation skills

• Ability to stay focused during long monitoring periods

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Basic understanding of surveillance systems and technology

• Calm, reliable, and able to act quickly when required
