CCTV Operator

Job Description

A busy hotel environment is looking for a reliable and attentive CCTV Operator to help keep the property safe, secure, and running smoothly. In this role, you will monitor surveillance systems, observe activity around the premises, and support the security team by identifying and reporting anything unusual. This position suits someone who is alert, responsible, and comfortable working with security technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems throughout the property
• Observe guest areas, entrances, hallways, and service zones
• Report suspicious activity or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain clear logs of incidents and daily observations
• Coordinate with security personnel when required
• Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to stay focused during long monitoring periods
• Basic knowledge of surveillance equipment and reporting procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
