CCTV Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable CCTV Operator to join our hotel team. In this role, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring surveillance systems and supporting daily security operations. If you are attentive, responsible, and comfortable working with security equipment, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems across the property
• Observe and report suspicious activities or incidents promptly
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
• Coordinate with security and management when issues arise
• Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly
• Follow established safety and security procedures

Qualifications
• Previous experience operating CCTV or security monitoring systems
• Good attention to detail and strong observation skills
• Ability to remain alert during shifts
• Basic computer skills for monitoring and reporting
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Professional, dependable, and discreet
